 4 x 2017 Single Vineyard Chardonnay

Mid straw in colour with initial youthful green tints, now deepening with age, the nose features lemon zest, hints of tropical melon and peach encircled with subtle savoury French oak chariness. The palate is both textural and complex yet is cleverly framed by its natural acid structure and fine-boned finish. Lemons, peach, and melon fruit flavours predominating.

4 x 2023 Watervale Riesling 

Brilliant in appearance with youthful green tints. Lifted and powerfully scented, the nose is all florals, lemon blossom, kaffir limes, and a hint of granny smith apple. Beautifully layered and with a long finish, the palate brings together the limes and lemons from the nose with the seductive tightly wound acid core, perfectly in sync and made to cellar beautifully for twenty to twenty-five plus years.

4 x 2018 Wintergarden Rose

Lifted aromas of dried herbs, red cherries, and strawberries feature strongly.  Flavours of ripe cherries, dark fruits, and savoury nuances. Crisp, almost dry, and utterly delicious, its tightly wound yet balanced acidity teaming perfectly with its subtle textural edge.
